Visualize your deadlines.
Automatically.

Stop updating your schedule manually. Give a task a due date and it lands on the grid by itself — then live countdowns tick down and flip LIVE at zero.

How auto-sync works.

TASK + DUE DATE created in any checklist, anywhere in the workspace
GRID UPDATES ITSELF the dot appears — no double entry, no refresh
COUNTDOWN ARMS event enters the side panel, timer starts ticking
TICKS TO LIVE zero turns it red — you saw it coming the whole way

watch it happen in the demo above — a new event lands every few seconds

What this feature solves.

Missed Deadlines

Live countdown timers for upcoming events. Know exactly how many hours or minutes until your next meeting starts — and when it flips red, it's now.

Urgency you can see coming.

Manual Updates

Create a task with a due date anywhere and it appears on the calendar automatically. Enter it once — the grid handles the rest.

Demonstrated live, every few seconds.

Hidden Schedules

Place the calendar next to your tasks and notes. See your schedule in the context of your actual workload — not buried in another app.

Your week, in one glance.

Everything you need to stay on schedule.

Month & Week Views

Toggle between a monthly overview with event dots, or a detailed weekly time-grid with duration-sized event blocks.

The toggle above actually toggles.

Live Countdown Timers

Events starting soon display a ticking timer (HH:MM:SS). At zero it turns red and reads LIVE — no ambiguity about "soon".

Watch one flip in the demo.

Auto-Updating Schedule

Select any date to see its schedule instantly. The side panel also keeps your next events visible automatically.

Fed by tasks, not by retyping.

Color-Coded Events

Categorize events visually — blue, green, red, yellow, or purple. Colors appear as dots in Month view and block borders in Week view.

Five colors, one visual language.

Smart Week Grid

In Week view, event blocks auto-size to their duration. Overlapping events are easy to spot — there's one staged in the demo's Thursday.

Clashes surface before they bite.

Customizable UI

Adjust UI scaling for readability, and choose whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday to match how your brain groups days.

Your calendar, your week shape.

Before you trust it with your week.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Not yet — and we'd rather say that than imply it. Today the calendar is fed by your workspace: tasks with due dates land automatically, and you can add events directly. Two-way external calendar sync is on the Pro roadmap. Either way, your schedule data stays on your device.
Do countdowns work offline?
Yes — completely. They're computed from your device's clock against stored event times. No network, no drift, no "waiting for sync." Airplane mode doesn't slow them down.
Where do events come from?
Three ways today: add them directly with the + button, create a task with a due date anywhere in your workspace (it lands on the grid by itself), or — with Pro collaboration — shared workspaces bring teammates' events into the same view.
What happens when a countdown reaches zero?
It turns red and reads LIVE — the event is happening now, no ambiguity about what "soon" meant. The demo above runs the full cycle on a loop: tick down, flip live, re-arm.
